waist: 38.5 in.
thighs : L-24, R-24

Total inches measured: 196.5
So what the heck am I going to do about this?! Well, here is my plan: I started a workout program called TurboFire. It is amazing and I actually lost a few inches around my waist when I first started it in November...but then I got bronchitis and it was all over from there...Check it out! I am obviously not the most fit person in the world and I find it challenging but achievable.
I also have a weightwatchers.com membership that I need to actually use. I am trying to view food as fuel rather than a reward or pleasure seeking activity.
...and a weight loss journey post isn't complete without a 'before' photo..

ReplyDeleteThanks friend! I hate it, but this is going to be my year! We aren't spring chickens anymore and I am getting to that point of worrying about health rather than worrying about how I look...I keep saying this...when did we grow up?
